The Everest short trek is also one of the cheapest trekking packages in the Khumbu region. If you can walk 5 to 6 hours a day and not get affected by the high altitude, then you can easily do Everest short trek.

The Everest short trek begins with an incredible flight to Lukla (2,860 m). The flight offers stunning aerial views of the Himalayas. You trek to Phakding village (2,610 m) the day you arrive at Lukla airport. The trail from Lukla to Phakding descends along the Dudh Koshi river, crossing it a few times. From Phakding, we'll hike to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m). The trail ascends and descends, crossing numerous suspension bridges.

You'll walk via dense forests of rhododendron and magnolia. The villages you pass by on the way let you see the lifestyle of the locals. This Everest itinerary is very doable and considered easy. Difficulty & altitude sickness

The Everest short trek 5 days is easy. The trek is not as demanding as other Everest trekking packages. You do not need previous trekking experience to join Everest short trek.
