The region borders Tibet so there are the wonderful influences of the Tibettan people. It is the people with their unique traditions who bring colour to this place. Then there are the native fauna and flora that have adapted to thriving in this region. Snow leopards, Himalayan black bears, and musk deers live here. And even the enigmatic Red Panda has been sighted here.
